A great match for grilled fish or chicken


Ingredients

  • 2 cups thawed, diced mango
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries , (or thawed frozen berries patted dry)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro , or parsley
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 lime , juiced
  • pinch hot-pepper flakes
  • salt , to taste
  • black pepper , to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients. Let stand ½ hour to allow flavours to combine
