A great match for grilled fish or chicken
Ingredients
- 2 cups thawed, diced mango
- 1 cup fresh blueberries , (or thawed frozen berries patted dry)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro , or parsley
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 lime , juiced
- pinch hot-pepper flakes
- salt , to taste
- black pepper , to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. Let stand ½ hour to allow flavours to combine
