A great match for grilled fish or chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thawed, diced mango

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, (or thawed frozen berries patted dry)

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro, or parsley

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • pinch hot-pepper flakes

  • salt, to taste

  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients. Let stand ½ hour to allow flavours to combine
