A great match for grilled fish or chicken
2 cups thawed, diced mango
1 cup fresh blueberries, (or thawed frozen berries patted dry)
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup diced cucumber
2 tbsp chopped cilantro, or parsley
2 tsp honey
1 lime, juiced
pinch hot-pepper flakes
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients. Let stand ½ hour to allow flavours to combine
