Refreshing Banana Smoothie

Before that big bowl of homemade fruit salad goes bad, make a smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup mixed fruit
1 banana
1 cup milk
1 tbsp hemp protein powder, (optional)
1 tbsp flax oil, (optional)
Instructions
Blend mixed fruit with banana and milk. For an extra boost, you can add protein powder and flax oil.
