Before that big bowl of homemade fruit salad goes bad, make a smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed fruit
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp hemp protein powder , (optional)
- 1 tbsp flax oil , (optional)
Instructions
- Blend mixed fruit with banana and milk. For an extra boost, you can add protein powder and flax oil.
