Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein powder , (optional)
  • 1 tbsp flax oil , (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend mixed fruit with banana and milk. For an extra boost, you can add protein powder and flax oil.
