Raspberry Smoothie

Make your own flavoured milk with this fresh alternative!
Ingredients
1 really ripe banana
2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries, (or strawberries, if you prefer)
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup mango juice, or apricot juice
2 to 3 tbsp honey, (optional)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
