Make your own flavoured milk with this fresh alternative!
- 1 really ripe banana
- 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries , (or strawberries, if you prefer)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup mango juice , or apricot juice
- 2 to 3 tbsp honey , (optional)
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
