Ingredients

  • 1 really ripe banana
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries , (or strawberries, if you prefer)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup mango juice , or apricot juice
  • 2 to 3 tbsp honey , (optional)

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
