Raspberry Smoothie

Make your own flavoured milk with this fresh alternative!


  • 1 really ripe banana

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries, (or strawberries, if you prefer)

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 cup mango juice, or apricot juice

  • 2 to 3 tbsp honey, (optional)


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
