  • Makes2 to 2 servings

The Pina Colada was really meant to be a kid’s drink – pineapple, coconut, an umbrella, a cherry for Pete’s sake! Kids, unite. Get rid of the rum and take back the Pina Colada.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  • 1/2 cup canned cream of coconut

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

  • little umbrellas

  • maraschino cherries

  • pineapple spears

Instructions

  • Throw everything into the blender (no, not the umbrella) and blend until thick and foamy. Pour into tall, fancy glasses and serve – garnished with a pineapple spear, a maraschino cherry and, of course, an umbrella.
