While there's absolutely nothing wrong with a nice crisp apple or a juicy orange, sometimes a kid wants something more, you know, extravagant. A big platter of cut-up fruit with a deliciously creamy dip to dunk into might be just the thing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, (regular or low fat)

  • 2 tbsp frozen concentrated orange juice, undiluted

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Mix together all of the above ingredients in a bowl (or a food processor) until completely smooth.

  • Serve with whatever sliced fresh fruit you happen to have around - apples, pears, oranges, bananas, kiwi fruit.
