Nutty Cream Cheese and Apple Butter Sandwich

You can substitute chopped fresh apple or even grated carrot for the nuts in this yummy sandwich.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp apple butter
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts , almonds or cashews
- bread , (your choice)
Instructions
- On one slice of whatever kind of bread you’re using, spread a layer of cream cheese. On a second slice, spread some apple butter. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and slam shut.
