Ingredients
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup 35% cream
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate curls, or flakes for topping
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar and the cocoa powder. Add the whipping cream and the vanilla, and beat with an electric mixer until thick.
Spoon into fancy dessert dishes and sprinkle with chocolate curls or flakes. Chill before serving.
