Mousse au Chocolat

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup 35% cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- chocolate curls , or flakes for topping
- In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar and the cocoa powder. Add the whipping cream and the vanilla, and beat with an electric mixer until thick.
- Spoon into fancy dessert dishes and sprinkle with chocolate curls or flakes. Chill before serving.
