Mousse au Chocolat

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • chocolate curls , or flakes for topping


  • In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar and the cocoa powder. Add the whipping cream and the vanilla, and beat with an electric mixer until thick.
  • Spoon into fancy dessert dishes and sprinkle with chocolate curls or flakes. Chill before serving.
