Mango Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced mango , (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup plain, vanilla or fruit-flavoured yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey , (or to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix them on high speed until very smooth and frothy. If both the mango and mixed berries are frozen, you may find the mixture too thick to blend – just add a little more milk.
