Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sandwich


  • Makes2 to 2 servings


  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp canned crushed pineapple, well drained

  • 85 g thinly sliced deli ham

  • 2 slices Swiss, or cheddar

  • bread, (your choice)


  • In a small bowl, mash together the cream cheese and crushed pineapple. Spread thinly on the cut sides of whatever kind of bread you're using. Top with a layer of sliced ham and a slice of cheese. Close up the sandwich and you're done.
