Frozen Mochaccino

  • Makes2 to 2 servings

Hey, why should the kids have all the fun? This one is strictly for mom and dad (or use decaf if you want to share).


  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup espresso, (or strong coffee)

  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  • 6 ice cubes

  • grated chocolate, for topping

  • whipped cream, for topping


  • Combine the milk, espresso and chocolate syrup in a blender. Start the motor, then add the ice cream by spoonfuls and the ice cubes (one at a time). Stop the blender and scrape down the sides occasionally, until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency, without any chunks of ice. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
