Frozen Mochaccino

Hey, why should the kids have all the fun? This one is strictly for mom and dad (or use decaf if you want to share).
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup espresso , (or strong coffee)
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 6 ice cubes
- grated chocolate , for topping
- whipped cream , for topping
Instructions
- Combine the milk, espresso and chocolate syrup in a blender. Start the motor, then add the ice cream by spoonfuls and the ice cubes (one at a time). Stop the blender and scrape down the sides occasionally, until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency, without any chunks of ice. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
