Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups frozen mango , chunks
  • 1 cup hulled and chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey , (or to taste)
  • cones

Directions

  • Combine bananas, mango, strawberries, yogurt and honey (to taste) in a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Scrape into a shallow microwaveable container and freeze, stirring every 30 min to incorporate some air, for 3 hours or until firm, or transfer to an ice cream maker and process for 10 min or until it begins to hold its shape. Place in freezer until firm enough to scoop.
  • Scoop frozen yogurt into cones and serve for breakfast, or an anytime healthy treat.

Tip:

This recipe has little dairy or sugar, so freezes very solidly. To make it scoopable, place container in the microwave and heat for 10-sec. intervals, repeating until it has softened .
