2/3 cup powdered coffee whitener, (like Coffeemate)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup instant coffee granules, (decaf if you prefer)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Measure all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and whirl until well mixed. Scoop into an empty jar - a fancy canning jar or empty peanut butter jar will be fine - and cover with a lid. Make a snazzy label and tie a ribbon around the top. Make sure you include recipes (see below) for using this tasty concoction.
Mochaccino Shake: Blend in a blender until smooth.
Mocha Frappuccino: Blend in a blender until slushy, scraping down the sides if necessary. Taste and adjust with additional sugar, if desired.
Mocha Monkey Freeze: Blend in a blender until smooth and slushy, scraping down the sides.
