Easy Cream Cheese Pastry Tart Shells

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, cream cheese and sugar. Cream together just until it forms a dough that can be handled. (The dough can also be made very successfully in a food processor. Just process all ingredients until it forms a ball.) Flour the dough lightly, pat into a flattened ball and divide into 16 equal pieces. With a rolling pin, roll each piece of dough out into a 3 in/7.5 cm round, and press into bottom and up sides of 16 foil tart pans (3 in/7.5 cm diameter).
