Ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced apple
- 1/4 cup raisins , or dried cranberries
- salt , to taste
- black pepper , to taste
- bread , (your choice)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken and ingredients. In a separate small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients. Add dressing to the chicken mixture and combine well. Taste, then season with salt and pepper if desired. Pile onto bread or stuff into pita or roll into tortillas.
