Here's a cool way to turn cake scraps into treats
1 1/2 cups cake crumbs
1/4 cup frosting
milk
Place cake scraps in a deep bowl. Break up into crumbs with pastry blender or fork. Measure out crumbs. Mix with frosting to form a stiff paste. If it seems too dry, add a few drops of milk. Roll paste into walnut-size balls, then roll in granulated or icing sugar or ground almonds. Chill until firm before eating.
