2 cups diced cooked chicken

1/4 cup shredded napa cabbage, or regular cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup crumbled uncooked ramen noodles
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp Asian sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
In a bowl, mix together the chicken and your ingredients. In a separate small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients. Add dressing to the chicken mixture and combine well. Taste, then season with salt and pepper if desired. Pile onto bread or stuff into pita or roll into tortillas.
