  • Havarti, or mozzarella

  • bread

Instructions

  • Pack a mix of roasted red peppers, sun-dried or grape tomatoes, slices of ham or prosciutto, and Havarti or mozzarella cheese. Include some chunks of crusty bread, packed separately so they don't get soggy.
