Whole Wheat Tortilla and Cheddar Quesadilla Wedges

These whole wheat quesadilla wedges are so simple...and so delicious!
- Arrange grated cheddar cheese over surface of a tortilla. Cover with another tortilla. Microwave 1 minute on high, or place in a non-stick frying pan at medium high and cook 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted, turning once with spatula.
- Using a paring knife or pizza cutter, slice into wedges.
