Frothy Hot Chocolate

Oh this is too good. Rich and frothy, this might be the easiest (and best) hot chocolate you've ever made.
, or cocoa powder for topping
- In a microwave-safe measuring cup or pitcher, combine the milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on high power for about 5 minutes, or until the milk is steaming — but not boiling — over the top. Don’t worry about stirring.
- Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until frothy and smooth. Pour into cups, add a few miniature marshmallows to each one and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon or cocoa powder.
