Taco Tuesday just got way tastier.


  • 2 plum tomatoes, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup packed chopped cilantro

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp salt


Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl.
