Taco Tuesday just got way tastier.
2 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup packed chopped cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl.
