Braised Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 3 cups braised beef , from ragout
- 1 tbsp chopped oregano
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
- pinch salt
Garnishes
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 1 avocado , sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high. Add chili powder, cumin, coriander and cinnamon, and sauté spices for 1 min. Add beef, oregano, Worcestershire and salt, stir gently to combine, and simmer for 6 min or until flavourful.
- Combine sour cream, lime juice, sugar and salt. Set aside.
- Working in batches, heat tortillas in a dry skillet and wrap in a clean kitchen towel to keep them warm.
- Serve braised beef with sour cream sauce, tortillas, arugula, avocado and feta.
