A simple sauce for all occasions!
1/2 cup undiluted frozen concentrated pineapple juice
1/2 cup cold water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Asian sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tsp cornstarch
1 garlic clove, crushed
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan, stirring well to dissolve the cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, then let simmer for another minute or so. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. That's it.
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce Stir together equal amounts of liquid honey and mustard. If you like a little bite to your dipping sauce, use Dijon mustard. If not, then use regular. Could anything be easier?
