1 baked chicken finger, or strip, cut into long, thin pieces
3 cucumbers, slices
1 ring-shaped slice of red or green sweet pepper
handful of baby spinach
2 tbsp crumbled feta
Layer ingredients on one half of the bun, top with the other, then wrap in plastic wrap.
