Homemade Apple-Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal

Fill them up good with this homemade rendition of instant oatmeal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup instant or quick oats
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apples
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1 cup boiling water , or milk
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients. Add milk or water. Stir to combine. Seal Thermos lid and pack.
