1 small mango
1/2 small red sweet pepper
2 baked chicken fingers, or strips
Finely chop mango and pepper. Place in a small bowl. Stir in 1 tsp (5 mL) juice and 1/2 tsp (2 mL) zest from lime, and salt. Pack in a small container for dipping (refrigerate any leftovers). Pack chicken fingers in a Thermos or separate container.
