0

  • Makes0 servings

Although this is easy enough for a kid to make, it isn’t really a child’s mustard. Unless, like Jared, your child enjoys startling adults by eating the unexpected. A little sweet, a little spicy, very delicious.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 2/3 cup cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup dry mustard

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  • In a heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients and whisk together well.

  • Cook the mixture on the stove over very low, stirring or whisking constantly, until smooth and thick.

  • Pour into jars and refrigerate. This mustard will keep for several weeks.
