Soft shell turkey tacos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground turkey, browned

  • 1/4 cup Viledia onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

  • 3/4 cup cheddar, shredded

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded

FOR PREP:

  • 8 soft shell tacos

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Layer first six ingredients in 4 cup Mason jar in the order given. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Spoon mixture onto soft shell tacos and top each with sour cream.
