1/2 lb ground turkey, browned
1/4 cup Viledia onion, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup cheddar, shredded
1 cup lettuce, shredded
8 soft shell tacos
1/3 cup sour cream
Layer first six ingredients in 4 cup Mason jar in the order given. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Spoon mixture onto soft shell tacos and top each with sour cream.
