White hot chocolate


  • Makes4 Servings


  • 3 cups milk

  • 1 cup chopped white chocolate

  • miniature marshmallows

  • ground cinnamon, or cocoa powder for topping


  • In a microwave-safe measuring cup or pitcher, combine the milk and chopped white chocolate. Microwave on high power for about 5 minutes, or until the milk is steaming - but not boiling - over the top. Don't worry about stirring.

  • Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until frothy and smooth. Pour into cups, add a few miniature marshmallows to each one and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon or cocoa powder.
