Turkish lamb chops

Kids love lamb chops because they come with their own handle, and in this easy recipe there's even a yogurt sauce to dip them in.
Ingredients

olive oil

chopped
garlic

oregano

lamb
, boned frenched, cut into individual chops (about 1 lb each)

Dipping sauce

Greek
yogurt

chopped
mint

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, cinnamon and cayenne in a sealable plastic bag. Add lamb chops and massage bag to coat them with spice mixture. Let marinate at room temperature while barbecue heats up.
- Heat barbecue to high. Remove lamb chops from bag. Season with salt and grill for 2 to 3 min a side or until browned at the edges and cooked to desired degree of doneness.
- Combine Greek yogurt, mint and salt and serve with the lamb for dipping.

Tip:
