1 1/4 cups water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup dried couscous
1/2 cup slivered basil leaves
1/4 cup chopped stuffed green olives
1 tsp grated lime zest
1 tbsp lime juice
pine nuts, toasted
Bring to a boil water, olive oil and salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Stir in dried couscous, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Stir in slivered basil leaves, chopped, stuffed green olives, lime zest and lime juice. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and serve warm.
