Basil with Couscous

- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup dried couscous
- 1/2 cup slivered basil leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped stuffed green olives
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- pine nuts , toasted
- Bring to a boil water, olive oil and salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Stir in dried couscous, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
- Stir in slivered basil leaves, chopped, stuffed green olives, lime zest and lime juice. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and serve warm.
