Ingredients

  • 2 washed and unpeeled Fuji apples

  • 2 unpeeled carrots

  • 1 6 oz bag spinach

  • 1 pint raspberries

  • 1 pint blueberries

Instructions

  • Process 2 washed and unpeeled Fuji apples, 2 unpeeled carrots, 1 6-oz bag of spinach, 1 pint of raspberries, and 1 pint of blueberries in your juicer (1 ingredient at a time).

  • Juice until all of the liquid is processed.

  • Enjoy!
