Make something extra tasty with ice cream for your kids this summer.
1 graham cracker crust
2 quarts ice cream, (different flavours)
chocolate sauce
whipped cream
cherries, (optional)
Make or buy a graham cracker crust. Soften 2 L of ice cream (different flavours) slightly, then scoop into crust, alternating scoops to marble the filling slightly. (You may not need all the ice cream; leftovers can be safely re-frozen if not fully melted.) Smush down into an even layer. Spread chocolate ice cream sauce over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer until firm. Just before serving, dollop the top with whipped cream and cherries.
