Your kids will never want to lick their ice cream bowl again -- now they can eat the dishes.
4 custard cups
4 small (6-in.) flour tortillas
melted butter
granulated sugar, for sprinkling

sundae toppings
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange 4 custard cups, upside down, on a baking sheet. Lightly brush both sides of 4 small (6 in/15 cm) flour tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle very lightly with granulated sugar. Drape over custard cups, pressing down gently so that they take the shape of the cups, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until crisp and lightly browned. Let tortilla dishes cool completely before filling with ice cream and toppings.
