It doesn't get more decadent than this. Sweet frozen cherries go for a whirl with cocoa powder, almond milk and avocado.
2 cups frozen cherries
2 cups almond milk
½ avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
Combine all ingredients in blender. Whirl until smooth. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
Calories 150, Protein 2g, Carbohydrates 26g, Fat 5g, Fibre 5g.
Good source of Calcium . Excellent source of B12.
Switch it up by swapping an apple or banana for the avocado.
