Honey blueberry toasts
Try this simple snack of honey blueberry toasts next time you need to whip up something quickly to eat.
- 1 demi-baguette
- 3/4 cup whipped or spreadable plain cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 tsp honey
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Thinly slice baguette, diagonally, into 12 slices and place on a baking sheet. Bake in centre of oven until lightly golden on the bottom, about 5 min.
- When cool enough to handle, spread each slice with about 1 tbsp cream cheese. Top each with blueberries.
- Drizzle honey over blueberries and serve immediately.
