Green Dream Smoothie

Go green with this tasty smoothie. Say hi to avocados, green apples and spinach all whirled up in creamy vanilla kefir.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups loosely packed spinach leaves

  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes

  • 1 ½ cups vanilla kefir

  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped

  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Whirl until smooth. Garnish with apple slices.

Protein 4g, Carbohydrates 22g, Fat 9g, Fibre 5g.


Tip:

If you can only find plain kefir, add 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey and a splash of vanilla extract, or substitute with vanilla yogurt.
