Green Dream Smoothie

Go green with this tasty smoothie. Say hi to avocados, green apples and spinach all whirled up in creamy vanilla kefir.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups loosely packed spinach leaves
- 1 ½ cups ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups vanilla kefir
- 1 green apple , cored and chopped
- 1 avocado , pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Whirl until smooth. Garnish with apple slices.
Tip:
If you can only find plain kefir, add 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey and a splash of vanilla extract, or substitute with vanilla yogurt.
