This breakfast buffet is like the morning version of a help-yourself taco bar! Kids will love making their own interactive meal.
Ingredients
- 12 toasted multi-grain baguette , slices
Watercress Slices
- 1 tbsp butter , softened
- 1/4 cup watercress sprigs
- 2 sliced hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tsp finely chopped red onion
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
Smoked Salmon Slices
- 1/4 cup deli-style cream cheese
- 1 sliced mini cucumber
- 1 1/2 oz smoked salmon
- lemon zest
Fruit & Nut Slices
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp deli-style cream cheese
- 1 sliced peach
- dizzle honey
Instructions
- Divide between 4 baguette slices: butter, watercress sprigs, hard-boiled eggs, red onion, salt and pepper.
- Divide between 4 baguette slices: ¼ cup cream cheese, top with cucumber slices, smoked salmon and a few threads of lemon zest.
- Divide between 4 baguette slices: almond butter mixed with 2 tbsp cream cheese, peach slices and a drizzle of honey.
