This breakfast buffet is like the morning version of a help-yourself taco bar! Kids will love making their own interactive meal.
12 toasted multi-grain baguette, slices
1 tbsp butter, softened
1/4 cup watercress sprigs
2 sliced hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp finely chopped red onion
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
1/4 cup deli-style cream cheese
1 sliced mini cucumber
1 1/2 oz smoked salmon
lemon zest
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp deli-style cream cheese
1 sliced peach
dizzle honey
Divide between 4 baguette slices: butter, watercress sprigs, hard-boiled eggs, red onion, salt and pepper.
