Beach Please Smoothie

Beach Please Smoothie

The only answer to not being at the beach is to make a tropical smoothie like this pineapple and coconut one.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen cubes of pineapple

  • 1 ¼ cups coconut water

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Whirl until smooth. Garnish with pineapple, flaked coconut or pineapple leaves.

Protein 1g, Carbohydrates 21g, Fibre 2g.


Tip:

Make it creamier by swapping coconut water for coconut beverage (you can find it in the dairy case with the nut milk).
