6 cups water
1 sliced apple
1 sliced nectarine
2 to 3 slices lemon
few sprigs mint
Mix fruit and mint in a pitcher with very cold water.
Give a little stir before drinking.
Serve all day or fill up your travel cup and take with you if you’ve got errands to run. (You can keep the water in the fridge for one to two days but beyond that, the fruit will begin to fall apart.)
