A little bit tangy and a little bit sweet, here's a fun way to change up the way you make steak. Bring them to your next barbecue and win MVG (Most Valuable Guest).
(approx. 500 g) top
- Cut steak into 1-in. cubes. Combine with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and ginger in a bowl. Marinate for 30 min.
- Cut green onions into pieces and remove stems from mushrooms. Alternately thread beef, onions and mushrooms on skewers.
- Oil grill. Barbecue over medium, lid closed, until beef is done to medium, 3 to 4 min per side.
