Watch them dip, dip.
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp finely grated carrots, optional
1 tsp hot chili-garlic sauce, optional
Stir rice vinegar with sugar in a medium bowl until sugar dissolves. Add fish sauce, 2 tbsp water, carrots and chili-garlic sauce.
Carbohydrates 2g, Sodium 348mg.
