Vietnamese dipping sauceBy Chatelaine
Watch them dip, dip.
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp finely grated carrots , optional
- 1 tsp hot chili-garlic sauce , optional
Stir rice vinegar with sugar in a medium bowl until sugar dissolves. Add fish sauce, 2 tbsp water, carrots and chili-garlic sauce.
