Learning letters has never been so fun, or so portable! With the Leapfrog Go-with-Me ABC Backpack, little ones will love toting their own schoolbag like the big kids, but inside is an interactive toy for mastering their A-B-Cs. The LCD screen shows kids how to write each letter step-by-step, both upper and lowercase, with the help of the talking stylus, Mr. Pencil. Inserting letter pieces into their corresponding spaces teaches the letter’s name and phonetic sound, along with an animal that begins with that letter. Mr. Pencil can be a little loud, but two volume levels do help cut down on noise, plus a drawing board lets kids practice letters and shapes on their own. With seven play activities, curious kids will keep busy pushing buttons to learn more. And once they’re done, they can easily pack up this toy and go (cleanup bonus!).
