One in four pregnancies end in miscarriage, but somehow we're still not talking about it. “It feels like this silent shame—something we carry around like a dirty little secret," says Sandy Wynia Katz. "But so many people have had them.” That’s why we decided to talk in the most open and honest way possible about this difficult topic. In addition to sharing three women's powerful stories and providing the latest research, information and resources, we dedicated our @todaysparent Twitter feed to this important topic and to a community of voices typically hiding in the shadows of anonymous message boards.
