“Making it to naps, one activity at a time” was always Susie Allison’s brand as a blogger and influencer with more than a million Instagram followers. But then coronavirus hit, schools and daycares closed, and it wasn’t just stay-at-home parents and preschool teachers bookmarking her hands-on educational activities—it was all of us. Allison, a mom of three and a former kindergarten teacher herself, keeps it simple and affordable: If you can find basic supplies like markers, dish soap, toilet paper rolls and some rocks, she’ll show you how to kill a few hours and keep your kids learning.
