Amanda Jetté Knox is no stranger to embracing change. In the span of just a few years, she experienced the coming out and transitions of both her partner and child, pivoted her focus to advocating for trans rights and wrote a must-read memoir documenting it all, titled Love Lives Here: A Story of Thriving in a Transgender Family. This past year has also brought a few life-altering moments for Jetté Knox: She adopted a teenager, her trans daughter came out as non-binary and she experienced a mental health crisis caused by online hate. After the last of these, Jetté Knox returned to social media stronger than ever and has doubled down on her efforts to advocate for not just trans rights, but also mental health awareness.
