Recently Tal had a great Skype conversation with her older sister. Worried that her sis had too much work at university, Talia eagerly offered advice. She shared her favourite ways of coping with school (and life) stress.

1. Take a walk.
2. Bake muffins.
3. Drink cinnamon apple tea.
4. Cook Fettucine Alfredo.
5. Make the Alfredo sauce very creamy.
6. Take deep breaths.
7. Breathe in.
8. Breathe out.
9. Breathe in.
10.Breathe out.
Absolutely! Funny — I like to bake muffins when I’m stressed, too. In fact, I’ve got a batch of banana/bran/berry muffins cooling on my counter right now.
