Step 1

Grab a two-inch section of hair and divide into three equal strands. Braid a three-strand braid for two cycles. Follow along with our waterfall braid video tutorial.

Step 2

On the third cycle, add more hair to the back strand and braid it over the middle.

Step 3

Drop the front strand and grab another strand of equal size from the front. Braid this strand over the middle. Repeat.

All done!

When you get about three- quarters of the way down, finish with a three-strand braid and secure with an elastic.
