Health Canada has announced a recall involving KidCo Safeway Expansion Gates (2012 and 2013). The plastic end caps on the upper and lower bars may detach — posing a possible choking hazard to young kids.

The affected products were sold in Canada, January 1, 2012 to May 28, 2013.
