Health Canada is reporting a recall of Graco Classic Wood Highchairs. The entire seat may become loose or suddenly detach from its base, posing a serious fall hazard.

Thus far, there have been 58 reports in the US, involving, thankfully, only minor injuries. In Canada, one report has been issued, and the child suffered a concussion.

These high chairs were sold across Canada between January 2008 and March 2011, and in the US between 2007 and 2010.
