A recall has been issued for Evenflo Covertible High Chairs. The chair's tray can suddenly detach, posing a serious fall hazard.

This high chair has been sold at Toys "R" Us and Walmart stores across the U.S.A., as well as at Walmart.com and Wayfair.com, from December 2011 to June 2012 — possibly to Canadian consumers (who bought it in the U.S., online, or received it as a gift from U.S. friends or family).

If you have this high chair, immediately contact Evenflo to obtain your replacement tray and instructions for proper use.
